this privacy statement because we take your privacy seriously. The statement
sets out, who we are, what information we collect from you, and how we use it.

WTP
collects personal information about you during registration for our events, use
of our site services, from order forms for our publications/newsletters, upon a
user visiting our Website, and through our cookie technology as you use and
navigate our sites.
If you provide us with personal information (your name, postal address,
telephone, fax, or email address), or have done so in the past, via our
websites, our publications or surveys, we may use that information to send you
updates on our latest products and promotions, or to contact you so that we may
learn more about our customers. We may also share this information with
Exhibitors and other companies that offer products or services to the textile
industry which could be of interest to you. If you do not want companies other
than WTP to contact you, you can choose to "opt out," and WTP will
respect your wishes.
Failure to register will mean that you are unable to access some areas of our
sites and online Exhibitions that require registration.
We use
your data to collate and create an information database of our visitors to our
site in order to improve our service and to provide relevant services,
exhibitions and information to you. We also share any aggregated
information, but not individual data, with our sponsors and advertisers to help
them better understand our services and monitor their advertising reach on the
sites.
Information you supply in transactions
If you
have supplied us with personal and financial information, (such as your credit
card or bank details) in a transaction, e.g. a subscription to one of our
publications, we will use this information in the normal conduct of our
business relationship with you.
Contact
information from order forms, either on our website or in printed form, is used
to send orders. Financial information is used to bill you for the products and
services you order from us.
WTP also
maintains intermediary relationships with credit card and shipping companies
and as part of our business process provides these companies with customer
information in order to conduct business.

information will be used to support your account and also to inform you about
new products and services that we provide or to provide details of our
Exhibitors and third parties that we believe may be of interest to you.
Published Information
WTP will
not use name and/or business details collected through the normal course of
business in our directory publications without your consent. We will contact
you directly to ask for your consent.
If you or
another person/organisation has provided us with your business details for
inclusion in our directory publications, then this information is now in the
public domain and WTP has no control over the privacy practices of third
parties accessing this information. We may contact you from time-to-time to
ensure that the information in a particular directory is accurate.
Personal
information that you provide when submitting business details for one of our
publications will not be published. It is used for administrative purposes
only.
